1. Report Your Accident to ICBC

Begin by reporting your injury and opening an ICBC claim by calling ICBC at 604-520-8222 or by visiting ICBC Official Website.

Once your claim is accepted, ICBC will issue you a claim number, which is required to begin treatment.

2. Contact Aceso Health Clinic & Book Your Initial Assessment

Provide our team with your ICBC claim number and we will help coordinate your initial assessment and treatment appointments.

Our practitioners will perform a comprehensive evaluation to understand your injuries, symptoms, and recovery goals in order to create a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your needs.

Early treatment and rehabilitation can play an important role in improving recovery outcomes and supporting a faster return to daily activities.

3. Begin Your Treatment & Recovery

You are pre-approved for a variety of ICBC-funded treatments during the first 12 weeks following your accident. Our team can help you understand your eligible services and coordinate your care throughout the recovery process.

If additional treatment is required beyond the initial approved sessions, our patient care team will communicate directly with your ICBC claims adjuster and submit requests for continued treatment on your behalf.
