1. Report Your Workplace Injury

Report your injury to your employer or supervisor as soon as possible. Once your claim has been submitted, WorkSafeBC will issue you a claim number, which is required to begin treatment.

2. Contact Aceso Health Clinic & Book Your Initial Assessment

Your initial physiotherapy assessment must be completed within 60 days of your injury, whether your WorkSafeBC claim is approved or still pending.

During your initial visit, our experienced practitioners will perform a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your condition and create a personalized treatment plan based on your recovery goals and functional needs.

3. Begin Your Treatment & Recovery

If your WorkSafeBC claim is approved, your treatment plan may include:

  • 10 physiotherapy treatments within 5 weeks

If additional treatment is required, our team will communicate directly with WorkSafeBC and submit requests for continued care on your behalf, which may include:

  • 8 additional visits within 4 weeks for musculoskeletal injuries
  • 16 additional visits within 8 weeks for more complex conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, fractures, ligament or meniscal injuries, adhesive capsulitis, or disc herniation with nerve symptoms

We offer flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday to help accommodate your recovery needs. Walk-ins are welcome, and our team is committed to making your recovery process as smooth, supportive, and stress-free as possible.
