This was recommended by my doctor and it works. It was uncomfortable at first and I started off with 3 minutes few times a day and then increased to 10 minutes. You can also adjust the height of the block (I took the first bottom section off). I’ve done this for 6 days now and I am feeling so much better already and have remarkably less neck pain.
