Call ICBC to make a claim!
First, report your injury by calling ICBC at 604-520-8222 or visiting their official website at www.icbc.com and completing their simple online application form. When ICBC accepts your claim, they will issue you a Claim Number; this number is required to begin your recovery process.
Call Aceso Health Clinic & provide us with your claim number!
With an approved ICBC claim, our administrative team can help you get started with your initial treatment. Our caring practitioners work to identify your individual needs with an in-depth evaluation to begin the process of rehabilitation. It’s important to report your claim and begin receiving treatment as soon as possible, as research shows that the rehabilitation process is much more effective, and recovery is more complete with early therapy.

You are pre-approved for a variety of treatments covered by ICBC during the first 12 weeks from the date of your motor vehicle accident and Aceso Health Clinic can assist you in understanding what treatments you are eligible to receive. If your condition requires additional treatments, our patient care team will contact your ICBC claims adjuster and submit the treatment plan to request more treatments. We are open from Monday to Saturdays for your convenience, and you’re welcome to walk in.
