Start Your Recovery with Aceso Health Clinic
Follow the steps below to begin your WorkSafeBC physiotherapy care:
1. Report Your Workplace Injury
Report your injury to your employer or supervisor as soon as possible. Once your claim is submitted, WorkSafeBC will issue you a claim number. This number is required to begin your treatment.
2. Contact Aceso Health Clinic & Book Your Initial Assessment
Your initial physiotherapy assessment must be completed within 60 days of your injury, whether your claim is approved or pending.
During this visit, our experienced practitioners will perform a thorough evaluation to understand your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your recovery goals.
3. Begin Your Treatment & Recovery
If your WorkSafeBC claim is approved, your care will begin with:
- 10 physiotherapy treatments within 5 weeks
If additional care is needed, we will coordinate directly with WorkSafeBC to request further treatment on your behalf:
- 8 additional visits within 4 weeks for musculoskeletal injuries
- 16 additional visits within 8 weeks for more complex conditions (such as post-surgical recovery, fractures, ligament or meniscal tears, adhesive capsulitis, or disc herniation with nerve symptoms)
